  We utilize Quick Quack a couple of times of week and this one is the best! Jess is always welcoming. I am very glad we have the subscription for our vehicles. We'll worth it.

  Serious attitude at this location. Do not recommend. Just bought a membership that will immediately be cancelled because no one deserves to be treated so disrespectful when it’s your first time using quick quack and are not a pro like the superior workers who do this a million times a day. Great first impression of workers who clearly “LOVE” their jobs and shouldn’t be working with the inferior public. LOL. Please don’t give these people any of your hard earned money just to be mocked. Plenty of competition for the Quack

  I’m trying to resolve an incident with Quick Quack and hoping someone from corporate can help. On February 23, 2026 at approximately 8:30 AM, I experienced an issue at the West Valley City location (5668 W Parkway Blvd). During the wash, the conveyor track rolled backward, causing my vehicle to roll back and make contact with the vehicle behind me. An incident report was created at the time: Incident #IAD0013804. Since then, I have: • Followed up by email multiple times • Called customer care • Visited the store in person (manager was not available) I have not received any follow-up from store leadership or a claims handler. I would like to resolve this directly and submit a repair estimate for the minor bumper damage, but I have not been provided with any contact or next steps. If someone from Quick Quack corporate can please reach out regarding this incident, I would appreciate it.
