  I went in for a car wash and this lovely girl name Natalie helped me out. She was super nice and funny and just made my day overall better! Plus she noticed I had food in my car and gave me extra wipes to clean my hands for when I’m done eating my meal.

  Worst car wash around, ripped off my front license plate, put huge gouges in my rims ruined my antanea. Had to get valve stems repaired on tires that I just paid 1,500.00 for don't use this car wash. And on top of that they auto renew your membership with notice, I was charged 37.99 for one car wash because they won't refund me the money what a joke

  (To Long Didn't Read (TLDR) Don't go here or you will likely get scratches and a bad smell in your car) I was really worried after reading some of the reviews for this location, because several mentioning scratching vehicles, smelly wash, and lack of cleaning abilities.. Well turns out every single one of those things is 100% accurate and I really should have listened. I have a brand new 2025 vehicle with very little miles on it, and I decided to wash the vehicle because of the rain and weather we've had.. This was a mistake choosing this location, I now have a scratched mirror, hood, and side panel. They are very "small" aside from the mirror but it's still a brand new vehicle with "small" scratches and imperfect areas now immediately after washing here. I brought this to the attention of the staff and they responded with "yeah it's not possible for our wash to scratch your car because of the material it's made of, you likely received those from driving your car"... yea I bet.. considering there is less than a single thousand as in less than 1,000 miles total on the vehicle and the car wasn't scratched before leaving my house today (drove straight here), but magically it is now after going through the car wash.. Final Thoughts: If you care for your car at all and it's in great condition, don't be lazy and just clean it by hand or use touch less.. I learned my lesson I will never go to this location again, because of the issues faced.. not to mention the insanely high priced washes that cause more damage and costs more than only the washes.
