  Let me start that the selling process was smooth and easy. However, it has now been 4 years and we have had two incidents where our old vehicle has parking tickets after we sold the car to them. Ownership was never transferred at the DMV so now we are dealing with proving that we sold the car and should not pay for these tickets.

  This was my first time using this type of sale and was a little nervous about it. Lacey was a true pleasure to work with and made the experience easy and seamless. Correspondence back-and-forth through the whole process was quick and informative. Lacey was very professional and kind. We were given a fair price for the car.
