  I came in for a routine oil change and was seated in the waiting area. While waiting, an employee approached me to ask about my vehicle. After confirming the model, he chose to direct the rest of the conversation toward my mother (sitting in the waiting room on her phone) , who was present but not the customer, stating that he didn’t think I would understand. As a 23-year-old who is fully capable of maintaining my own vehicle, I found this behavior inappropriate and dismissive. The interaction felt misogynistic, as I was treated as if I was less capable specifically because I am a young woman, and not addressed as the primary customer. When I answered his question about the type of oil I wanted, he responded with a surprised and condescending remark. He then presented a list of additional services he claimed were needed, including a new battery, sludge removal, and an air filter. This was concerning, as I had recently had my car inspected at Mitsubishi Motors and was not informed of these issues. Additionally, the air filter shown to me did not appear consistent with what had previously been installed in my vehicle. I ultimately paid approximately $178 for the oil change and sludge service. While they did fix a loose piece of plastic under my car, the overall experience was negative due to the way I was treated. I would not return and would not recommend this location, as there are more respectful and professional ways to communicate with customers.

  Helped with all my needs Now after just a few days and I am having issues with the battery they put in the store will not answer my calls for going on 3 days. This is unfortunate because I have been going here for years I hate to have to find a new place DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STORE!!!!

  These folks were fantastic!! I was in and out in about 7 minutes for an emissions test on a Saturday. Great, friendly staff!

  90 dollars for an oil change. Not worth it in the least. As others mentioned lots of attempts at upsetting and the manager didnt have the greatest attitude. Will not be going back.
