  Friendly professional staff, but can be understaffed. They did seem to be low on cars, but we fortunately got one. Though, online reservations allowed me to reserve a specific type, there weren’t any available when I arrived 30 minutes later. At least they had something close. They need to do a much better job cleaning the cars. The windshield was incredibly filmy on the inside which significantly impacted visibility when driving into bright lights or direct sun. This is far from the first time this has happened with Enterprise rentals. It doesn’t seem that the windshields are cleaned on the interior and if they are, they are poorly done and quite smeary.

  I had an extremely terrible experience with my latest rental from enterprise. I went through four different vehicles within a 4 day rental period. The first vehicle I rented the front tires were completely bald and the back tire had a screw in it. By the time I noticed the screw the stores were closed so I had to delay my trip and waste money for my hotel that night. Second vehicle I pickup from the salt lake airport location seemed decent enough, however as I am driving along I end up getting a flat tire in the middle of nowhere outside of cedar city. It was just me and my two little girls, so I had to change the tire because it was going to take roadside over an hour to get to us and that was just unacceptable, luckily they had a spare tire. However, as I was changing the tire I learned that both front tires had worn bald on the inside down to the wire which is why the tire began to leak! So I knew I was just a matter of time for the other tire went out so guess what, I had to replace another vehicle. This time at the St. George airport. Now that took me over an hour to get another vehicle so yet another delay in my trip, then they bring the vehicle around and it was a small SUV I rented the large SUV, and for a reason, I was bringing more family back with me from my trip and more luggage was coming with them. So we start loading up in now the fourth vehicle and guess what, front tires were bald on this as well!!! Seriously do these guys ever rotate their tires!! I mean for $80 a day I would expect so much better from them. Well of course I have been trying to speak with managers and get some answers as to why they think this is acceptable and why I should pay full price. I returned my vehicle on Sunday the 29th at a late time, no manager to speak to, however I was told an chain of emails has been delivered to upper management and someone will for sure be reaching out to me because the rep agreed this in unacceptable! So understandable, you can’t help me now but someone is going to call me, great! So Monday comes around NOT ONE PERSON CALLS. It is 3pm and I know they will be close ina few hours so I call them I get placed on hold for 30 minutes, and of course I work a full time job so I don’t have the luxury to sit around and call them all day. Tuesday comes around I call first thing in the morning! Assistant manager answers I give him an ear full and he was super apologetic and said he has the ability to help me except for when it comes time to help me out he all the sudden can not, and it requires his manager Allen to help me. So he tells me he is for sure going to have Allen call me but Allen was just with another customer. Well I wait around all day long again, and guess what, no call! Wednesday morning, today! 11am I call and speak to another rep! I tell them I need the manager to call me they assure the manager will for sure call me! And here I am 6:54pm, no calls from the at all! I have rented from this company for years and have never experienced anything like this! I don’t know if they are just under new management or what! But not only was my trip completely wasted, I spent over 2k to make this trip happen with the costs in hotels and the car rental and I only was able to experience one night in my hotel out! This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company and I will not be spending money here ever again! My daughter plays travel league softball and we go on trips every single month in the spring summer and fall! They just lost out big time on this! My sister in law is Debbie Worthen who happens to work for channel 2 news and better believe I have photos and videos of this experience throughout it all. I am fore sure going to provide this information to her! All of the bald tires on every single vehicle, I mean three different vehicles from three different locations with bald tires!! That is more then just a coincidence! This company clearly doesn’t require logs for maintenance!

  We rented a 15 passenger van from this location and it was a great experience. The team that works here in this location was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed our 15 passenger van!

  Easy in and out service. Staff was prompt, attentive and direct. They made picking up my rental and returning a breeze!
