  Lacie was super chill and communicated very well. The entire process was very easy and negotiations went smoothly. We were sad to get less than what the website quoted, but take that as a warning that details are easy to miss on the website unless you have experience/training with it to get every little bit and bob. We were able to be very honest with all damages and issues of our vehicle and it actually helped the payout because they are able to more accurately sell the vehicle on their bids.

  Very nice. Bit sad my car wasnt worth too much but the pain was softened by the helpfulness of the staff. Everything was fast and they were very straightforward
