They are always understaffed and the pick-up process is painfully slow, even when you have a reservation! There is zero efficiency taking place here, and zero effort to implement it. It doesn’t matter if you have reserved a 26-foot truck with a lift-gate, it seems to come as a surprise to the staff when you get to the counter! Why have the reservation? If you’re coming here to rent, plan on an hour for picking up. Its not going to be fun I promise!

For it supposedly not being filled with gas when it was infact full when i returned it. They lie and scam to get 351.00 of gas its bullcrap. Will never use Penake again ever and dont recommend anyone else using them either
