- JSJustin SAug 15, 20255.0This place was very professional and got me in and in compliance the same day. I was with another company for intoxalock and they took 2 weeks to even answer their phone. I left a message with them every day and they never returned my messages, my intoxalock had a date before it would shut off my car and they refused to answer my calls or even answer their own phone. When I finally got through to them they gave me a 2 week date from that call before they could see me, I relayed to them that my lock was going to shut off and lock me out and they said “ we’ll get your car towed here after it locks you out” i retorted with “ can I park it I. Your parking lot until the appointment? As I don’t have extra money for a tow truck.” They said if you do that we will have it towed away. This was the place off 90th south ( totally unprofessional place , with zero customer service. And a general attitude that I’m a pos and lucky they charge me so much and do anything for me ) while California audio had me in and out within 10 minutes treated me kind and gave awesome service. I will be telling anyone I know going through this court ordered situation to go to California audio and telling anyone going to the place off 90th about this situation. Thank you so much California audio. You guys are awesome.
