  Been going off and on for years for oil change. 2017 Tiguan - went in 2 mo ago for oil change. Told the brakes were bad and making grinding noises. ( My ears are sensitive and noticed nothing) - the brakes were acting fine but aware at some point, would maybe need new pads. .Did agree to a repair, $800+ w one set of rotors replaced. Next day seemed to have a fluid leak but since my son drives wasn't aware. Due to scheduling did no get it back until last week. Son told needed pumps etc replaced. $1000+ later, went to family party, and the light came on for low fluid. He kept topping off due to no service Saturday nite. Now will need to take more time off to take it in poss Tuesday. 1. I felt strange about the "brake" issue. Stupid me. 2. Fluid leaks after oil change? 3. Charged for pumps etc and leaks still worse? 4. VWs usually need specific parts. Did they use them? Was this always "wear and tear" - car not even used for 100 miles a mo. 5. Bring in for a repair and now needs more? Were hoses not just tightened or was something nicked by accident during first repair and they were not honest? 6. Will have to get them to make it right but will not use again.

  Amazing service from Carlos and Mario (I think that was his name) they were super nice helping me replacing a light bulb on my car! 10/10 and they also speak Spanish which is a plus!

  Brought my truck in for a transmission fluid change, not only were the employees friendly, but fast on the service, fair on price, knowledgeable and knows how to keep a friendly and laughter conversation. Would highly recommend anyone to come here for any services.

  Grease monkey is awesome! It’s the only franchise I will go to now! They were able to squeeze me in before close and I am so grateful! SUPER fast and reasonably priced! Waiting room is nice and clean and the guys working were very nice!
