I reserved a vehicle in advance and, although I arrived about two hours later than my scheduled pickup time, the car had already been rented to someone else without any courtesy call, text, or email to notify me. I understand that being late can create scheduling challenges, but there was no communication at all and nothing on their website clearly explains what qualifies as a “no-show” or how long a reservation is held. If there is a cutoff time, it should be clearly stated so customers know what to expect. A reservation should mean something, and at the very least a quick phone call before giving the vehicle away would have been professional and respectful; instead, I was left without a car and extremely frustrated. I have rented previously from this location and this was never an issue.
