I had an absolutely outstanding experience with this Enterprise location. I have multiple chemical sensitivities, and the first car I picked up had a strong deodorizer smell coming through the vents. I called the next morning expecting a hassle, but instead I got incredible customer care.
Jay was phenomenal — patient, kind, and completely understanding. He reassured me immediately, told me his mom has similar sensitivities, and made me feel like I wasn’t being dramatic. He arranged a quick car swap with zero stress or attitude.
On top of the service, the quality of the cars was amazing. Clean leather seats, spotless interiors, comfortable, and fully loaded with amenities. They gave me a beautiful Mazda — honestly nicer than what I expected. Everything felt well cared for, well maintained, and just really pleasant to drive.
When the windshield on the second car randomly cracked while I was driving home, I panicked thinking I’d be charged. Again, Jay calmly told me not to worry and reassured me it wasn’t my fault. They even let me keep that car so I didn’t have to start from scratch trying to find a scent-free option.
Greg, who picked me up from the repair shop, was prompt, friendly, and great to talk to.
Adam helped too, though Jay was definitely the superstar throughout my whole experience.
Overall, this team was patient, accommodating, and genuinely human in every interaction — and their cars are top-notch.
