  Went in to get some filters for my 6.7. Had to ring a bell for the parts counter. Guy with glasses comes out with an attitude that indicates he’d rather be anywhere but there. The parts department does not have a computer at the desk, so the guy has to write on post-it notes in order to go in the back office to look up the part number, only to discover that he wrote down the numbers, incorrectly, twice. And then tells me that he doesn’t have them, and to instead go across the street to Premier Truck, after handing me a sheet that with part numbers and prices that indicates that they want MORE THAN DOUBLE the price of what you could get them for, not only on Amazon, but literally anywhere else, including the dealership. Wild that this place actually exists, and still does business.

  Do NOT go here under any circumstances. They charged me $400 to diagnose that I needed a new filter and spark plug on my Onan generator. They wanted $1500 to actually do that job. Avoid Onan products and avoid this business like the plague.
