    In this place, the experience was terrible with the lady who works at the counter, with a bad face and wanted to charge us for an old sticker stain that had the driver's window, and despite the fact that she had unlimited mileage, she was wondering where I had gone and just In 4 days I had used 200 miles, be very careful when you rent a car here in this town and that bad-faced lady with no empathy takes care of you, so make videos and photos of everything, and she said: "I don't understand you, I don't understand you" It is unfortunate that such a serious company has employees who treat you like this.

    I would prefer giving no stars for this place. They literally don't know the meaning of having a reservation for a vehicle. I reserved a vehicle via Costco for a 7 seater Elite SUV. I went there to pick my vehicle for the trip I was planing to go on the next day. My pickup time was at 6.00 pm and I went 15 minutes earlier. Person at the rental location was struggling to provide vehicles, because those were over booked. They had only one 7 seater elite SUVs and there were 2 bookings. I asked the lady of the purpose of having a reservation unless you reserve a vehicle; she was speechless and neither polite. Her solution for the problem was 1st come 1st serve. What the hell is that solution?????????? Ultimately I was able to have the vehicle because the lady who came earlier than me was having an expired drivers license. Bad luck for her :(. Feel sorry about that lady. I would never recommend renting vehicles from budget, especially before a long weekend. THEY SIMPLY OVER BOOK THE VEHICLES AND SOMEONE WILL HAVE TO SACRIFICE. I don't want to have that stress when I am about to enjoy a holiday with the people I love.

    The lady that was working at the one in West valley was super awesome I would definitely tell me and everybody I know if they need to rent to hit up the West valley location the lady that was running the office today was so good and took care of me and my wife could not have asked for a better experience
