  The manager of this location is rude and doesn’t even try to help customers. We ordered parts and paid extra to get the parts shipped to her store the next day, which is what we were told and it’s been almost two weeks!!! She told my boyfriend “there’s nothing I can do”. ACTUALLY YOU COULD DO YOUR JOB and at the very least make a phone call to get the parts we paid for. Makes me wonder how people like this are even employed!!!

  Worst experience ever, got kicked out by the manager for going in the back and dumping the oil in the container and without warning or explanation I got kicked out. Didn't know the rules changed nor we couldn't since i've been a loyal customer to this autozone for years and have alway been let in the back with no issue. Wasn't professional in the least and super rude to me. Could have atleast explained.

  The worst experience of service, from the actual manager Barbara. I have no idea how someone can have the despondent disposition with no resolve with a demeanor of nonchalance and carelessness. She had attitude throughout, the only thing lively in her representation of Auto Zone was to correct, she was not professional, she looked and sounded like she hates her job. This was the first awful experience at AutoZone, hopefully the last, I usually get better service, and her coworker was actually kind and attempted to help me, until she came back to take over. Avoid this AutoZone!

  I have a had time changing my battery now that I have a disability. These guys made it so easy for me and didn’t make me feel bad at all about whether or not I was unable to do it myself… It meant the world to me these guys are awesome!

  Been a loyal customer at this AutoZone for years never again after today’s experience!Went into their store this afternoon and purchase antifreeze The guy working there did not offer or give me a receipt went back tonight to return it as I used my charge card to pay for it and The employee asked me if I had a receipt. I told him no I wasn’t given one and out of nowhere his so-called manager by the name of James decided to interrupt the conversation and asked me what time I came in. I told him and he’s like no you didn’t. I was here all day. Obviously you weren’t because I was there and I told you who helped me and all you had to do was to look up my receipt which your employee did, but James was extremely rude and accuse me in front of other customers of basically stealing this antifreeze that I showed proof it was on my credit card and they also found the receipt that it was sold to me very unprofessional and I will be contacting his boss. James needs a lesson in customer service because this is your type of manager you guys like the higher? No wonder why you guys are losing tons of business this AutoZone is horrible. Do not ever recommend shopping here! James needs to go find another job Where he doesn’t need to work with customers. i’ve run a Gas station down the street from this location and trust and believe I will let all my customers know not to shop at this location because the customer service by their manager James was horrible. Don’t ever come out a customer and not knowing the facts and automatically accuse them for stealing.
