We were working on a customer car, and i sent my wife to go get a part, so that we didn't need to wait on delivery. Store said they had EIGHT in stock, well turns out they had zero. They then tried to sell her the WRONG part, which I know for the fact that it was the wrong part as i had the same lug stud they were claiming would "FIT" which it doesn't. Even there system says it doesn't fit. They were beyond disrespectful to my wife. We will be having a conversation with the Commercial Manager of this store on Monday about the customer service side, of there store. His exact words to her, is "you don't know what your talking about you should trust what I'm saying and just buy the part.' When in reality, ME the SHOP OWNER was telling them it didn't fit. I also want to note this was a MANAGER, with poor customer service .
