  Went in to get some filters for my 6.7. Had to ring a bell for the parts counter. Guy with glasses comes out with an attitude that indicates he’d rather be anywhere but there. The parts department does not have a computer at the desk, so the guy has to write on post-it notes in order to go in the back office to look up the part number, only to discover that he wrote down the numbers, incorrectly, twice. And then tells me that he doesn’t have them, and to instead go across the street to Premier Truck, after handing me a sheet that with part numbers and prices that indicates that they want MORE THAN DOUBLE the price of what you could get them for, not only on Amazon, but literally anywhere else, including the dealership. Wild that this place actually exists, and still does business.

  Cannot say enough about the bad customer service from this place I took my generator in to be serviced and they broke the front access hatch. It was not broke when I dropped the RV off but somehow it managed to break while they had it. When I contacted them about it they refused to even acknowledge that possibly they had broke it. Their customer service rep escalated our conversation and then probably hung up on me. There are lots of alternatives.

  Honestly my dog is better trained than the techs that work here. It is worth the money to literally go ANYWHERE ELSE. Thank me later
