  Call to ask to see if they had a tool i need they hung up the phone call them back and proceed to get screamed at by the guy that answered what business are this people running

  Everybody is always nice, I went in to try to find an air filter for my vehicle. Not only did everybody help me find the one that I want and needed , a couple of ppl/ employees explained which ones would get me certain miles and far as which ones I could clean myself.... they also explained some different things on my Tahoe, which was awesome and talked to me about some stuff with gas in my vehicle.So that was pretty cool... they Went above and beyond helping me with more than I came in for and I really appreciate it. I'm glad every time me and my girls have gone in. Everybody has been so nice. I don't go there necessarily because of the prices because I could go anywhere even though some places are cheaper for different things like any other store but I do go there because everybody is always nice and had been for the 13 years I've lived here and that's what counts. Everybody had smiles on their faces.I got greeted when I went in all around. It was just a pretty cool experience every time i've gone in. I really like this about that place. I'm glad me and my family can go here and always be treated kind! Thanks Krystal Fugal wvc utah

  The manager of this location is rude and doesn’t even try to help customers. We ordered parts and paid extra to get the parts shipped to her store the next day, which is what we were told and it’s been almost two weeks!!! She told my boyfriend “there’s nothing I can do”. ACTUALLY YOU COULD DO YOUR JOB and at the very least make a phone call to get the parts we paid for. Makes me wonder how people like this are even employed!!!
