  Excellent service!!! The night crews is fantastic. I'm in there all the time, between fixing my car and my families cars. They always treat me right and are super friendly.

  Went for a new battery and Bailey was awesome. He checked the old battery to make sure it didn’t just need a charge and then he put it the new battery in. He was so helpful and kind. Thank you Bailey. 😁

  I went in looking for a oil filter so I could do my oil change went straight to a help desk. I asked what filter would fit my new car I just got, and THEY gave me the WRONG size . Mind you they have a computer to tell them everything they need to know to help me.After seeing the part didn’t fit i went back over told them it didn’t fit and I needed to get the right size. Bought another filter went and walked home again for the second time and the part was again the wrong size. Third times always a charm. I walked back to the store but they would not refund me at this point because I had open the packages. Very unhappy with this experience and will be using O rilley from here on out!
