- EEEnasApr 23, 20261.0The worse costumer I ever had some disrespectful people I called because they same me a email saying that I need to get my equipment replaced because it not working properly apparently and in the email clearly said that it will be not cost at all and I call them to make a appointment I couldn’t understand what the person that was helping me and I other questions about why I need to pay when In the email clearly says not cost so I ask the person for a supervisor and he get mad and hang up on me than I called back and I tell the person the same question to talk to a supervisor and he starts saying that the supervisor will tell me the same thing and I’m so confused because he’s not giving the information that I’m asking for or answering the questions asked so he put me on hold the he tell me the same thing 5 time that i asked for the supervisor I politely asked him why he’s making my day hard it when I just asking for a supervisor because they wasn’t making sense and because it was hard to understand what they were said and I want it to clear on what’s going on.
