    My experience with Enterprise was excellent from start to finish. The team at check-in made the process incredibly easy and seamless, which I especially appreciated since it was my first time renting a car. Both pickup and after-hours drop-off were simple and convenient. The gentleman who walked me to the vehicle was very thorough—he explained everything clearly, from how to use the touch AC/heat system to accessing the gas, which made me feel confident and comfortable before driving off. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service I received and will absolutely be using this location (West Jordan) again in the future.

    A shout-out to Seryu Kim and Tio for making our one-week experience pleasant and seamless from start to finish. Seryu picked us up at the body shop where we took our rear-ended vehicle, explained the rental process and options clearly and professionally; Tio checked us in at the end and was a delight to work with (note: he usually works at the Murray location, so look for him there).
