Initially, I was under the impression he was the manager on duty because of how much direction and follow thru he had with the other techs. He deserves recognition for his leadership, as well as his attentiveness to customers, the effort he put into the work he was doing and how his attitude was!

First, an hour long oil change on my daughter’s VW Tiguan that they said they had to remove the skid plate to get to oil filter to access and because the vacuum pump is broke. They stripped off/damaged the skid plate. It is bent and tore up. Also, filter is under the hood fellas. Got some bs excuses on why so long. Next, they cross thread another our SUV so bad…when we took it to another place out of town, they said they wouldn’t touch it to be liable. We go back and they spew lies. “We can’t look up old records”, “We vacuumed the oil…did not remove plug.” No integrity. Lost my trust and so many vehicles.
