- CRCarl RDec 3, 20251.0Beware I had two oil changes done on my truck. The second one nearly cost me a new engine (8500-$13,000). Both times oil leaked from the filter they installed but the second one was profusely leaking. I thought the main seal had given out. I had my mechanic run a test and concluded the oil filters used were very small, in his opinion incorrect. I haven’t lost a drop with the filter my mechanic installed. Valvoline was unwilling to refund the bill for the cost to have my mechanic diagnose the problem and do the job correctly. The oil filter used by Valvoline is so small it looks like something used on a golf cart.

Kenny introduced himself as the manager and I thought that was great! Rudy was helping me on the computer and explained everything well. Weston was top side and Taelor was on the bottom side. I always love going to Valvoline because I get to hear them call out as they are checking my car out! Thank you and big kudos to the team for welcoming me just a few minutes before closing! I will of course be back!

They didn’t accept my claim.les Schwab mechanics told me it’s last oil change mechanic fault. But car dealership didn’t wanna give me in writing because Valvoline is like a partner to all big giants dealerships. My claim was rejected by do called area manager. Please Don’t go there.
