Disgusting. I came in today to get breakfast again and I could feel the burrito through the wrapper it was burned, so I grabbed a burned bundle instead. Guys please fix this stuff

I left a thermos there today and when I called in today at 7pm the didn't want to have to hear the phone ring so the just put that the line was busy and it still shows busy they unplugged the phone. this is very unprofessional and they need to be trained better or be fired I'm very displeased
