I drove 2 hours from Logan in freezing temperatures (I do not have a working heater core in my vehicle) I am completely frozen. When I got to M 1 auto repair I was met with questioning I have never been asked from the hundreds and hundreds of times I've rented a uhaul. The question was what address are we taking the truck (given the owners response) verbatim and I quote "we need to know where the truck in case you steal it) there was one issue. Another issue is the shops owners wife attempting to demand my attention (with a narcissistic attitude) and I quote her words verbatim) "look at me when I'm talking to you" These people are not good in their dealings. I highly recommend finding a mobile mechanic or learning to work on your vehicle. They'll just give you the run around as they did me. Do not go here, it's not worth your time, energy, or money.
