  Honestly, won’t be bringing my business back here ever again. Sad part is, I worked here at one point and I can’t believe how crappy the service and rules are now. Brought in my car to have the battery tested, which I had to have jumped to be able to bring it in, which the battery tested bad. They proceeded to tell me that the battery needs to go on their charger before they could warranty it. I asked what are my wife and child and I supposed to do while we wait for their slow chargers to charge the battery? They did not have an answer and basically acted like it wasn’t their problem. I took the car home and grabbed a neighbors work vehicle that they let me use and took the battery in. They proceeded to give me the same result. That the battery tested bad but it needs to go on a charger to be sure. I asked how that makes sense that the battery tested BAD TWICE and they still would not just warranty my battery. I did not have time to wait for the charger that can take upwards for 2 hours to charge a dead battery. So I took that battery and replaced it elsewhere. I was not offered any other solution. I want my money back for the AGM battery I purchased for 300 dollars and tested bad twice. Absolutely done with Autozone.

  I went into OReilly Auto parts the other day to purchase a battery. I asked the guy helping me if he could install the battery for me. He said NO it would take to long to do it. And the company told them that they should not do that. Well I left without buying a battery . I went up the street to Autozone and asked the gentleman if He would install a new battery for me, He said no problem. The job took Him 15 minutes, and he was very professional about it. I will start doing all of my business with Auto Zone. Thanks guys..

  I came in with a dead battery and asked if I could borrow tools to change it out in the parking lot. Gabriel had me in and out in 8 minutes and even changed the battery for me.
