  I came today because I needed engine oil and antifreeze for my car. I don’t know anything about cars myself, but I would assume someone working at any auto zone would know or at least do some research would. I didn’t need a “I don’t know, I don’t drive a jeep” remark. You have a Computer in front of your face! If you don’t have the answer to my questions Please find someone who would know or do research. it was the “I don’t know” to everything that really got to me. The man up front. Do better.

  This was my first time of buying a battery for my car and the people were so helpful and so nice. I want to shout out Gabriel T. Who went above and beyond to help me install my battery in the rain, while I had my baby in the back. He was super respectful and had such a genuine personality. I will definitely coming back here for sure

  This location is hands down the best location. The store is very customer service oriented and ensures that they are doing right by the customer. The store manager, ask store manager and district manager are all amazing people. Thank you for helping me out today ! I never write review but the outstanding support that I received today, I felt like a 5 start review was warranted one. Thank you, from Steve

  Horrible customer service. I tried looking up warranty for some pads and rotors but the Grey shirt on site (CSR #16) I didnt get his name said he needed id. I bought the pads and rotors and another autozone verified the warranty for me. This dude was on a serious power trip.

  I coasted into Auto Zone with a dead battery. They were so kind to test it and then replace it on the spot. I was very grateful for their help. They even checked the date of the new battery off the shelf to make sure they were selling me a fresh one that hadn’t sat. Very friendly and helpful for me. Thanks guys!!! 👍🏻
