  I am very disappointed with this wash and will not be returning again. I took my car through the wash and had my driver side rear view mirror knocked off. After an incident report was filled, I was told I would hear back from them over the weekend about the next steps forward. After no contact for 6 days, the only contact I received was an email saying that they chose not to help cover the cost. When I drove over to the wash to have a conversation, the wash lead named Charity, showed no remorse or care for me as a concerned customer, or the damage to my vehicle. She wanted no conversation, and began to rehearse whatever company policies she seemed to be trained to say in a situation like this. I would recommend that no one go to this wash because of the lack of care they will have for you and your vehicle.

  I had a great experience at this car wash and wanted to recognize Jose Ramirez for the outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in his work. Jose went above and beyond to make sure my car was thoroughly cleaned and paid attention to details that most people would probably overlook.

  I’ve had this service for about 3 months now and my experience with Jose was by far the greatest interaction I’ve had with any of your team members. He got me signed up quick and easy for a few other cars I have within my family, that frankly I didn’t know was possible. He was professional, cordial, and pleasant. Great customer service! Give my brother a raise for sure 👌 Was on the fence about Quick Quack, thinking of changing services to tag n go or Dino wash, but you’ve got a customer for life now 👍 Thank you Jose!

  José absolutely made my day!! Made the experience one to remember, ¡y también se habla español! Very personable and even inspired me to take a trip to Ecuador to learn how to surf. Having bilingual employees at places like this makes in really inclusive, and it’s really a cool thing to see. Definitely coming back!! He’s a legend.

  I just wanted to commend the quick quack staff at this location and especially McKinley for being very patient with me since this was my first time bringing my electric car through. She was able to show me how to put it into car wash mode without making me feel stupid since I wasn’t sure how to do it! I will be back to this location soon!
