  I was ecstatic about the service I recieved here from Ethan. I had surgery on my hand yesterday, so I am very limited on what I can do right now. I had bought a battery at Costco and apparently, they do not install. They were great to put it in the back of my car though, since I could not carry it. I dont have anyone who could put it in for me, so I stopped at this AutoZone and explained the situation to Ethan and he was willing to put it in for me, even though I had not bought it there. He was SO, SO nice to help me when I was in a real pickle, since I was having problems getting my car to start and could not wait. I will be forever grateful to Ethan and this store is where I will be buying my automotive products. They have won me over with their kindness. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

  We had a light bulb go out right as the sun went down. We live about 20 miles out of town and were worried to head home with one out, we couldn’t replace the lightbulb on our own, we were initially turned away by the first associate to help us. Saying it was to small. The second one we inquired to called out his manager Camaron AND HE WAS A BLESSING. He worked his tail off to ensure our lightbulb got replaced. I feel bad being able to only give him hot chocolate as a thank you. He ensured a family got home safely tonight and asked for nothing in return. This autozone Forever has my loyalty

  Had a great guy named Cameron who helped me with headlights for my Ford Escape. Never expected such support to the extent he provided his service - as i was about to invest in headlights i did not need and he informed me as to the correct choice and even put it in for me. THANK YOU CAMERON you have my vote for employee of the year and i will patronize your business due to your actions.

  I'm changing my review of this store from 5 to 1 star due to them not making anything right. I bought a new battery for a vehicle i had just sold and keeping my promise with the customer he stayed inside the car as i removed his old battery and replaced it with the new one. All went well he thanked me and drove off satisfied.... until i go to get in my truck...... where is my truck! I spoke to the manager and he accused me of eating at the restaurant next door. I asked him to check the cameras so that he can see that i was in the parking lot replacing a battery on the west side of the building. He lost his temper ranting a personal vendetta with the restaurant next door. I explained that i understand but to at least check the cameras to verify if he or i was in the wrong. He expressed zero care or concern as they towed another vehicle right there as i was speaking with him. He would NOT check the cameras. This happened at noon. They used ZIPS TOWING - I called Zips and they said come over and pay the $400 for the release. I paid a Lyft and was there in 20 min to find a closed office. Calling and waiting for someone to show up was another task, finally 3 hours later someone showed up and made it. This ruined my day for what should have been a normal helping change a battery - This is unprofessional Autozone. I'll take the $400 loss and lost time if you at least get your crap together and run your business correctly.
