- BBBerrett BentleyNov 11, 20252.0Took my car in for an oil change, staff was very friendly and they got my oil changed quickly. However a few weeks later my car began leaking oil. I took it into my dealership and was told that my oil filter hadn’t been tightened correctly. This not only cost me financially to have it looked at but it also left me without my car for a day. Would not recommend this location, look elsewhere for a more professional and competent job.

They told me my back brakes needed to be replaced but my front brake had lots of life on them. So I got the back brakes replaced that day $500+ bucks. I notice while driving away that my brake since sounded awful but I thought I should trust the mechanic, he knows more than me right? No, my front brakes were terrible. They were squeaking louder than ever, my wheel started shaking while braking on the freeway. So I brought it in again for my next oil change and told them to check on the brakes. Turns out my front brake were terrible the whole time and now because I was driving on bad brakes my rotors are ruined. Another huge expense because they couldn’t be bothered fixing all my brakes 3 months ago. I am pissed. I took my car to a different place to get my rotors and front brakes replaced today. I am never going to Jiffy Lube again. The mechanic who replaced the back brakes seems hesitant about even doing the work that day and I have heard remarks from the other employees that he occasionally just doesn’t do work because he is too lazy that day and it’s getting close to closing time (it was an hour and half before they closed) They need new honest mechanics or to just shut this location down.
