I came in on a busy day at a busy time, and I understand that's my fault, but whilst these workers are running around like crazy sweating their bums off, this manager is mindlessly scrolling his phone in his car. Presumably I assume that managers here are salary; This kid is prioritizing his social media life than the livelihood of his store. The blatant lack of respect this kid has for his coworkers is appalling. The inconsideration not for the workers but the customers is what doesn't want me to come back to this location whatsoever. However, to the man who helped me, Damien(?) Daniem(?) wearing a manger shirt, I applaud you. You were kind, respectful, patient, and you listened to my concerns. YOU, sir, are what the customer service industry needs. If/when I come back to this location, I will ask for you personally. To the kid manager, if you don't know how to run a well oiled store based on customer service, I believe you are in the wrong industry. I won't even go into how this kid talked to his employees when he came back in though. I don't have enough time or patience for the incompetency of this kid.
