Really appreciated the mechanics taking the time to thoroughly look at and assess the problem to make sure the right repair is being made.

I had a very bad experience with this automotive service, I took my car for electrical problems, they had it for almost a month and they didn’t do anything to it, just to put the scanner and see the codes I had they charged me 150 for each code and they were 7, they made me pay more than a thousand dollars without doing anything, they are scammers

I have been to this company twice for my oil changes. They are great priced and are pretty easy to get an appointment with, but the thing that I appreciate the most is their honesty. I thought I was going to have to get new brakes and scheduled that with my oil change last year, instead of scamming me and having me get all new brakes they were honest and told me I didn't need them. That to me is worth my loyalty as a customer because I'm these times it's extremely hard to find an honest mechanic and when you do they are definitely worth keeping. These guys are my go to mechanic for anything not covered by my car warranty. Thank you guys!

I’ve been coming to Hometown Tire for years, but unfortunately I won’t be returning.
Since the change in ownership, the service has really gone downhill. I was there for 4.5 hours for an alignment, and my time clearly wasn’t taken into account when I was billed. When I got home, I discovered the tie rod end lock nut wasn’t even tightened properly. Yet I was charged $100 just to remove one nut.
Their prices are as high as everyone else’s, so I’d rather take my business to a shop that respects customers’ time, follows a schedule, and doesn’t overbook.

This shop used to be absolute best in town. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. I’ve taken all my vehicles here for maintenance for years. When I called to make my appt they couldn’t find my account, no big deal at the time, stuff happens. I arranged to drop my car off the night before, leave my keys in the night drop and pick up after work the next day. My appt was early morning. I never heard from them, which is not the norm for this company. So I called on my way over there to pickup, she couldn’t even find my appointment. When I got there, my car was pulled partially into a full bay with techs scrambling to perform the basic oil change. They forgot my appointment. On top of that prices have raised over 30% since the last time I got my oil changed which is always done on schedule. Even with a “discount” for inconvenience it was $110 for nothing but an oil change. Would have been over $120 without the discount. They claimed it was the front desk lady’s first day, except she’s the same one who couldn’t find my account when I made the appt. Where is Brandon?? He was awesome. Ridiculous service, ridiculous pricing. I’ll be finding a new shop to service my vehicles. I paid too much for a rushed forgotten service. On top of that (just a petty annoyance) they knew I was in to lobby waiting , instead of saying “your car is ready now” they sent a text and didn’t say a word til I came to the counter. Petty, but also very poor customer service. I wasn’t going to leave a review except the daily texts asking me to was obnoxious so here you go, here’s your honest review.
