Recently, however, the regularly scheduled maintenance costs have doubled in price. Also, the attitude of the front desk lady is horrible. Sadly, I am going elsewhere from now on. Hometown has lost my business. So sad to see the business change so quickly and not for the better. Not sure what happened...

They did a good job and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. They had a couple of issues getting the parts they needed but they went out of their way to make it right and get the work done ( thanks for that) . The only complaint I have is the communication could have been better. I understand there is only so much you can do when it comes to parts procurement but simply communicating what is going on goes a long way. I would bring my vehicle here again and I would recommend bringing your vehicle here.
