- TST SOct 17, 20253.0This place would have been five stars had the gas pump worked correctly. I like how open it was and not very busy even during times of construction and congestion. However while filling up the pump shut off at half tank for some weird reason that I don't know why. Then I tried to put My card in again and it said see cashier so I left with a half tank because I'm not going to go inside. Pretty inconvenient.

After driving all day and stopping in for fuel and supplies it's extremely frustrating to have to check out yourself when there is an employee just standing there. Just to help the next customer behind like my business doesn't matter. The pumps are always trashy and why is the def handle behind the fuel?? Plus 90% of the time I have to manually enter my rewards card info because the kiosk and pumps don't have a bar code scanner. Love's and even ta are way better at customer service. If the company I work for doesn't only use these locations I'd go to anywhere else.

I have had my money in holding for over a week and you call to resolve the issue and they just keep telling you "Next week" every time and still have yet to get my money back. Any place I have gone to had it refunded back to my card within 24hrs. This place is going on two weeks, ridiculous.
