- HCheidi craneMar 9, 20263.0Well the customer service when your inside the store is great ,but I live in a 5th wheel and I have 2 bigger propane tanks that I regularly have filled here and when I went in the store I was the 2nd customer and there were 2 cashers and this other guy who usually gets the propane for us he was just standing there and I paid for a drink and told them I needed propane and they said he would be right there ,well there was a suv behind me and they left and I've been sitting here for atleast 15 minutes now but probably longer than that.And last time I was here it was longer than that because he was on break but they didn't disclose until my boyfriend was getting pissed my boyfriend isn't here today but I think that this person doesn't have any reason to be doing customer service. Or he needs to learn some .I don't think I will be coming back here until the problem gets fixed. And I spend atleast $50.00 everytime I come in and that's probably 6 to 8 times a month.Well another 15 to 20 minutes has gone by now and he's still no where in sight and I was going to fill my tank up on my way out but no way.

- JCJeremIah ClarkJan 27, 20263.0I’ve come here for work as a driver often.Ive never had a issue.This morning at around 0600 I walked in and used the bathroom.As I was walking out and the third shift male employee with the longer brown hair and pudgy build and glasses walked from near the pizza to exit near the fuel pumps asking if I needed anything loudly to make sure everyone could hear him.I stopped turned around and looked at him and pointed to me and he went behind the counter and whispered something to his coworker behind the counter .Im a truck driver and a veteran .I felt humiliated I was walking nowhere Near any merchandise and I didn’t reach for anything on my way from the rest room.

- LWLobo WolfDec 17, 20251.012/16/25-afternoon shift-showers were backed up because no one was cleaning them, a customer went and spoke to management, the lady cleaned 6 showers in less than ten minutes, she was just removing dirty towels, flushing toilets and saying they were clean.no mopping the floor, cleaning the shower or sanitizing it. very bad service
