Jordan called an hour before our pickup to tell us she had no cars on the lot! This is the 3rd time in the past year we booked (because we live local) and they don’t have the car we booked and today they absolutely have no cars on the lot but she said they have 90 vehicles and they’re all out! And that 4 out of the 90 just extended today!! Haha that’s crazy! Asked to speak with a manager and she said it’s Angela and she doesn’t know when she’ll be back to work! Jordan was rude and needs to be fired! This place is ridiculous! Jordan needs a new job and Tooele Enterprise needs to get it together!! ‼️ DO NOT RENT HERE‼️ it wouldn’t let me write the review unless I clicked a star but this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!

We specifically asked for a mini van for our trip and they were not available at that time. We checked a few weeks later and she was able to reserve one for us.
