  The store manager, Garry McNeal worked miracles for me today. I needed a Brake Master Cylinder however, the only Auto Zone that had it in stock was at the magna location. I live out here in Tooele. There was no way I would be able to safely drive my car to and from. So Garry was able to work some magic and with the help of another Auto Zone employee who happens to be at the Magna store, will pick up the part for me and bring it to the Tooele location which they we’re already heading out to in a few hours anyways! I am SOOO thankful Garry was able to pull some strings and have that part delivered here to me in Tooele. He knew how dangerous it would be for me to drive all the way out there and back with my brakes in seriously bad shape, hence needing that Brake Master Cylinder. Because of Garry, my sister and I will now be regulars of Auto Zone for all our future vehicle needs😉

  Garry was so helpful not just making sure I bought the correct brake light bulb but helping me putting it in. My car is 20 plus years old and not the easiest to access. Saved me so much time and I really appreciate it.

  Very disappointed with this location. This is the only AutoZone I’ve ever been to where staff refused to help install the battery I purchased from them. Every other store has always assisted without hesitation. I won’t be returning to this location for future purchases.

  Went in and all the employees were in the back talking sat there for 10 min waiting, even had one employee walk past twice and didn’t even acknowledge that I was there before one finally came upfront he helped me but horrible customer service from the other two
