  I am extremely upset by the way “memberships” are sold here and how customers are misled and deceived. I used to really like Quick Quack, but this situation has been incredibly disappointing. I came during the free car wash promotion. I was not planning to buy a membership, but the employee convinced me by saying she could offer it to me for only $2.50, and according to her, that would be the cost for the whole month. Based on that explanation, my wife paid that amount with her card on March 25 ($2.43). But then today, April 8, we were charged $25. Nobody properly warned us about this. In fact, we asked the employee several times whether there would be any additional charges, and we were not clearly told that this would happen. To me, this looks like intentionally confusing and misleading sales tactics that deceive customers. What makes it even worse is that when I came back a few days later, another employee would not even let me get a wash at Quick Quack, even though the free wash promotion was still going on. On top of that, I had already paid those $2.50, which I believed covered my membership for the month. So overall, this feels like deliberate deception just to get more customers signed up. Right now, it is also almost impossible to reach anyone by phone to resolve the issue. Nobody answers. That only makes the situation worse. I consider this completely unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved and my money is not refunded in full, I will continue leaving negative reviews and complaints on every possible platform, because this is not how customers should be treated. Please be very careful if you are offered a “cheap” membership here. In my case, the information was presented in a way that led to an unexpected charge. I am asking for a full refund. If this is not resolved, both my wife and I will continue leaving negative reviews.

  I went 2x during their 12 days of free car washes and got the membership. I've been going to quick quack for years and have liked the convenience of a good drive-through wash, but not the price. I like that they don't have the canister vacuums near where you would walk because I tend to bump my head on those. The first time I went through, it did a good job, but rhe car was still wet, which I kind of expected since they're trying to get so many people through and it's always a little wet no mattee where I go. The big difference with this location is that it seems that they are doing a big sales push and the kids will come up to you as you're vacuuming. They've been nice and not too pushy. One thing I noticed this last time was that the vaccuums on one side both had the skinny attachment rather than one skinny and one wide. That wasn't very convenient since I needed the wide one on that side of the car. I bet they reach from the other side, but I didn't want the plastic hose to be rubbing on the top of my car.

She is pure fun, pure friendliness, and pure light — the kind of person who makes you laugh without trying and reminds you that there are still bright spots in this world. I came in for a simple wash and ended up having one of the happiest interactions I’ve had in a long time. Chow helped me get signed up for a membership — no pressure, just genuine kindness — and made the whole experience feel like a treat instead of a chore. I was only getting a freebie today, but she treated me like I mattered. That’s rare. Chow is the kind of employee a new establishment dreams of having. She brings joy, connection, and authenticity to every moment. Honestly, I live 200 miles away, and I still signed up for a membership just so I could come back and see her again. That’s how special she is. If all of Quick Quack’s employees are anything like Chow, then this company is doing something very, very right. I would recommend them to anyone — not just for the wash, but for the experience. Chow, thank you for being a ray of sunshine in a difficult world. You made my day brighter, and I hope management knows what a treasure you are

  I was driving down the road when I came across this brand-new Quick Quack Car Wash location. They were advertising a free car wash, so I decided to give it a try. I used to be a member about a month ago but canceled due to a price increase. While I was waiting in line, an employee convinced me to sign up again, so I did—I now pay for two vehicles. After going through the wash, I pulled over to dry my car and noticed that my rear left fender flare was missing. I immediately informed one of the associates, who went into the tunnel and retrieved the part. This confirmed that it had come off during the wash. I then proceeded to file a claim. Today, I received an email stating that after reviewing the incident, they determined their equipment did not cause the damage. They also said they are not responsible for damage to non-factory-installed parts. While I understand their policy regarding aftermarket parts, the fact remains that their employee retrieved the broken piece from the tunnel, clearly indicating it was caused during the wash. I understand that this part is aftermarket but at the very least, I believe they should work with customers and consider covering a portion of damages when there is clear evidence. While I was there, another customer was also filing a damage claim, which is concerning. Because of this experience, I RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO GO TO THIS LOCATION IN PARTICULAR SINCE THEIR EQUIPMENT IS NOT YET PROPERLY ADJUSTED AND BALANCED. Please be aware and prepare that anything bad that could happen to your car at this location could be at your own risk and expense. This is something that never happened at the location I used to go.
