  These guys were awesome to work with! They were able to get me in quickly to resolve my car issue. Their process was really awesome, sending me a complete breakdown of what needed to be done and the associated costs via text link, which was incredibly helpful to me since I was busy at work, reviewing the text invoices was easier than receiving a phone call. When I had questions, they were friendly, personable and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained the issues with my car in language that someone who isn't a mechanic could understand, and had pictures of my problem areas that they were able to show me as they detailed their findings. This was really appreciated by me, as they explained areas of my car that I am unfamiliar with. I feel that they were open, honest, a fairly priced. Their work was fast but thorough, and my problem was resolved... putting me safely back on the road! I am happy with their work, which they guarantee for 2 years or a certain number of miles, and will not only happily trust their services in the future, but will recommend them to my family and friends!

  Amazing service. Took in our 2015 model year car and asked for an oil change and tire rotation. They also performed a full inspection to identify any extra issues the car might have. Jones sent me back a full detailed accounting of all the car systems, with photographs and explanations of everything they checked. Brakes were getting too thin and should really be addressed. An oil leak all around the valve cover. Battery failed the examination as well. We went ahead with the recommended items and now feel safe and more confident than we have ever been. They even recommended catching some things to save money. Spark plug replacement while doing the valve cover would be a good idea. Things like that. There was no pressure to do anything more than I asked, but the inspection was so detailed, it sold me on the need to have these things done. Thanks, Jones! Love you guys.
