They said "we don't do emissions" A shop named "Quick emissions" I would think does emissions. They won't check lowered cars either. Save the time and go somewhere else

These guys had me in and out with a safety inspection in under 15 minutes. The lobby isn't anything fancy, but I didn't have to wait long so it didn't really matter. My car failed due to some unknown damage from an accident I was in (lower ball joint). They made sure I understood what was wrong, and that they would re-inspect if I returned within 15 days for no additional fee. I was highly motivated to get everything done as soon as possible and returned the next day. Same guys - same efficiency. They got my car in, paperwork done, etc. in about 10 minutes. I'll be sure to head back for future inspection needs!

I have liked this place in the past. When it was on 47th, and the employees weren't put out when you did business with them. I had a simple transaction. I didn't need testing as my vehicle is registered in Summit County. All that was needed was a sticker. As soon as I walked in the guy behind the counter said... there no way I can test your vehicle now. Only 1 person in front of me and another walked in after me. I told him I didn't need testing and then he clamped my registration to a clip board. Then told me to sit and wait. I should have walked out then. After waiting, another employee came in ran my card. Nothing was said except the price. After, I asked if they had a shredder for my old registration. The only thing this guy could say was nope. I don't leave reviews often, but if I come to your business to help your business grow and that allows your business to hire people, maybe train your staff to have some care. I don't have to spend my money with your company. I can, and will go to your competing businesses going forward. I will gladly pay a little more if it means I get some sort of thankful attitude. Just my 2 cents. They obviously don't mean crap to your 2 employees.
