My last wash I had my nephew with me in the back seat and the staff member drew a doggy on the window and my nephew was thrilled! One time I even accidentally sucked up a bracelet with sentimental value that came off while vacuuming and they searched high and low to help me find it! They are always willing to go the extra mile and are the absolute BEST!
