  I lived near this shop for years and always went there. I don't live near it anymore but I still go there because I haven't found another one that I trust more. I recommend this shop. They'll take care of you.

  Post oil change to check on a leak I was told I had. I have a 2002 Subaru legacy outback. Too many leaks and missing gaskets to repair. Time to put it to rest. They only charged me $25.00. They showed me with pictures exactly what was happening and the cost to replace which was more than car worth. I appreciate their honesty. I have been coming to Jones since the days of Bob Jones over in Millvreek. I trust no other place and will be bringing my new car here as well.

  I was planning on changing my mechanic earlier this year because, first, they charged too much, and second, I wanted to find a place that did a better job, until a friend of mine recommended this shop. It’s a game changer for auto owners looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and efficient team who will handle your car with the utmost care. The best part is that you earn rewards and points, and sometimes even get free services if you stay loyal. I recently had my free tire rotation done (my previous mechanic charged me $20 for this) and they also gave me a free tire patch service. Special thanks to Tyler at the Taylorsville branch reception. Everyone on their team is kind and very accommodating. This place is highly recommended. They truly set a high bar for customer service that other auto shops don’t match.

  Outstanding experience! I travel full time. I came in for a mixture of routine maintenance, brakes, and and an alignment. My tires were wearing incorrectly even after a recent alignment done at another shop in another state. They found the problem with my suspension and fixed it correctly. (No problems since.) I returned later the same day to have new tires installed on my trailer. The employees were extremely nice and professional. Jones CCC is the only trustworthy place I’ve found. Unfortunately they are 1600 miles away. I may plan to travel to the area every year for yearly vehicle maintenance. Big plus for me that the surrounding area is so amazing!
