If you need anything more to your car done then they give you a paper with things that need to be done and the prices on the side. They don’t try to sell you on anything, it’s just the information.

The staff is friendly and explains exactly what is going on! Coco she’s always kind 🙏 They don't try and upcharge you on the service and just work according to what you want and need. - GBGlade BaumanOct 1, 20255.0Outstanding Service During a Stressful Situation On September 29th, I got into a fender-bender driving west into the evening sun on 5400 S, right outside the Taylorsville Grease Monkey. One of the mechanics, Jesus, was quick to check on the situation and offer help as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. Kevin and Coco got my car into the shop right away for repairs. Coco sent photos to my insurance company, and worked quickly to ensure I got a reasonable price for replacement parts: an upper control arm and rear strut for my passenger side rear tire. The waiting room amenities were a pleasant surprise during what could have been a much more stressful evening. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, and there’s coffee, popcorn, and cold beverages available. These thoughtful touches were a welcome comfort throughout the wait. My car was out of the shop like new the next day. These are good, reliable people who work hard for their customers. I’m grateful for their professionalism and kindness during a difficult situation. I can’t recommend this Grease Monkey location highly enough
