  Best shop experience I ever had. They kept me informed of my appointment and let me know how long the service would take and how things went. My windshield is beautiful and the heads up works like it should. They were very friendly, courteous and informative and I would recommend anyone to take their windshield glass needs there.

  The team working was exceptional. Granted since two work working, leaving nobody at their front counter to check with at first. After patiently waiting, I was finally able to check my car in. They were quick and went above and beyond by vacuuming my front seats and flooring. I did not ask them, nor did they ask me. I am grateful they went above and beyond. Not many places will take initiative! Thanks again for taking care of my vehicle.

  Javier got there at a great time, he had excellent customer service and was done in a timely manner, the windshield looks good, he did an amazing job. I would highly reccomend getting your windshield done here!

  Do not trust this slimy company. Doug the manager is the type of man who smiles at you, speaking kind words to your ears while he's actively hurting you. Trey the technician showed up to fix a tiny rock chip in my front windshield 10/30/25. He was all smiles and friendly, and before he got started repairing my rock chip he says "I do need to tell you there's a small chance this will damage your window more" I asked him to elaborate and he said "it's super rare and hardly ever happens, and if it does we'll take care of you and take care of it. Reassured by the "we'll take care of you" I say "okay." After about 1 or 2 minutes he's smiling saying "yeah, it happened." Then faster than you can believe he's packing up to take off saying it's irreparable. While packing up Trey says "call your insurance, then I'll have my manager call you in 15 minutes." I call my insurance who says if he said his man will call you to get you taken care of let's see what he says. I receive no call from Doug the Taylorsville Safelite manager in 15 minutes. I call Trey. No answer, and no voicemail set up to leave a message. So I call again. Nothing. I'm starting to think they won't take care of me like they said they would. I give it about 25 minutes thinking I'll have to go down there, then decide to try calling twice in a row. The first time goes to the no voicemail set up message. The second time right after, Trey answers. He says he can't talk on the phone while driving, which seems reasonable so I'm quick to forgive and calm down. Then he says I'll have my manager call you. And this time Doug does call after a little bit. Doug the manager says "Trey told me your windshield cracked while he was repairing it. I'm sorry that happened. It looks like you have a thousand dollar deductible? Would you like to get that replacement scheduled?" I responded with "based off of what you just said, I take it you're not going to take care of it?". I'm thinking Trey said they would. Doug says "no, we didn't break your glass. A rock did." I said "thank you, I won't be doing business with you" A rock didn't crack my glass. A rock chipped it. Safelite cracked my glass, then wanted my $1000 dollar deductible and whatever my insurance will pay to replace it now that Safelite made sure it needs replacing instead of a simple reparation. It's a super slimy business model, because what's to keep this company from going around intentionally turning rock chip repairs into replacements for bigger paydays? Also super slimy to smile and say "if that does happen we'll get you taken care of" when they mean "we'll happily take your money to do a much bigger job than you needed instead of doing this little "free" repair job covered by your insurance." My brother even warned me about Safelite before I scheduled the repair through my insurance. He said "they're terrible, I hate Safelite." In my head I was thinking maybe he just had a rare bad experience, but they can't be all that bad if they're teamed up with my insurance. I was wrong. Don't do business with them. I never will after this, and I'm going to spread the word to everyone who will listen that they're slimy. They'll do what they can to take as much of your money as they can. I've attached a picture of what the tiny rock chip looks like after Trey tried repairing it. Enough said. Good luck out there.

  The technician was very efficient and friendly. He reached out the morning of to inform me of an approximate time he would come. He then called and let me know when he was 10-15 mins away. He was very informative and let us know what he was doing and then worked very hard and finished in a timely matter. It was a great and easy experience!
