I thought it was because I did not get my tires balanced after I got them rotated so I took my car to a local tire shop and they showed me one of my tires had wire showing this was a total shock since I asked the manager when checking out how my tires looked. He told me how much tread was left on there and that they looked great. After seeing what my tires really looked like, it made me wonder if my tires actually got rotated The local tire shop told me they did not understand how it could have been missed because their hands could have got cut when rotating the tires. When I called grease monkey, the manager was out for the day. So the next day I went to grease monkey and talked to the manager at first he told me there is nothing they can do since they did exactly what I paid them to do. I was beyond frustrated and shocked when he said this. I showed him the picture f my tire and what the local tire shop said. He said he will told with his guys but he knows for a fact they rotated the tires. I told him this was a safety concern and something serious could have happened. Finally after going back and forth for 20 minutes the manager offered a gift card for a future oil change and tire rotation. I am still upset about the whole situation. This could have caused some serious issues and damage to my car. The manager just acted like it was no big deal. I drive a Jaguar XF. The cost to replace things is expensive. So it is a big deal.

This place has always provided prompt and professional service for my family. They go above and beyond offering coloring for the children and complimentary drinks too. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered my 3 year old daughter a flower. She broke the flower stem on the ride home and asked me for another. Imagine my surprise for to discover a second pink carnation on the dashboard! Even my 3 year old daughter thinks they are great. I highly recommend using them for all of your car servicing needs. I am and will continue to be a satisfied customer.
