    Absolute worst experience renting Penske at the Sunset Home Depot. After confirming the rental the day before, went to get the truck at 8am and they didn’t have it. They said it was coming up from Las Vegas by 9am. Went back over at 9am and no truck! They said the only one they had (in the parking lot) was missing the keys. We ended up not getting the truck which we had planned on and had to scramble to rent another from UHaul-thanks to UHaul for a truck and good experience.
