My experience on February 2, 2026, at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location at St. George Regional Airport was extremely disappointing. I was treated by an employee identified as Russell G, whose behavior was shockingly unprofessional. He was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help resolve a straightforward situation. Instead of assisting, he escalated the interaction and even threatened to call the police, which was completely unnecessary and inappropriate. He initially refused to provide his name and would not allow me to speak with another manager, leaving me with no way to resolve the issue. I ultimately was refused a rental without a clear explanation. This level of customer service is unacceptable for a company like Enterprise. I strongly recommend management review this incident, as no customer should be treated this way. I would strongly caution others to consider alternative rental options when traveling through this airport.
