  We had an amazing experiencing purchasing a new car here. Our salesman, Anthony, was very personable without making us feel pressured. He was able to help us test drive the car we were interested in and answered all our questions. We appreciate him and all his hard work. Candace helped me so much to get the car I wanted and really went above and beyond. The level of customer service was unlike anywhere else I’ve been before. She worked hard to get a loan with payments I could afford, and made the car buying process go smoothly. She is seriously the best!!!

  I had a great experience purchasing a car, thanks an outstanding salesman named Quinn. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and knew just the car I was looking for. He took the time to understand and answer all my questions clearly, and never made me feel pressured. His honesty and transparency stood out the most he walked me through pricing, financing options, and features without any confusion or hidden surprises. What really impressed me was his professionalism throughout the entire process. He made sure I was comfortable with my decision and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently.   I purchased some accessories, parts and had spare keys made for my Camry. The parts manager Brett was great ordering what I needed and followed up with a call when the remaining parts came in. Steve, One of the technicians , also provided great service . He answered several questions that I had and gave me honest answers. I appreciate that ! I will be back . Brad K.

  I recently purchased a vehicle from the dealership and the whole team did a great job. Danny was incredibly helpful sending me videos and pictures and all the details of the vehicle since I had to drive 4 hours to go look at it. The service department was great, the mechanics were great, and the finance team was great. I highly recommend them for anybody looking for a new or used vehicle on their lot

  By far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I’ve owned multiple vehicles, including three Toyotas, and never had a negative experience like this until now. I traveled 10 hours round trip to purchase a truck from this dealership based on pricing we had discussed beforehand. When I arrived, the experience felt very transactional, there was no effort to build trust or a relationship. It was very much a ‘someone else will buy it if you don’t’ attitude. BUT the biggest issue came after the sale. The final price I was charged did not match what we had agreed on prior to my trip. I only caught this the next day and had to reach back out myself. The response was slow, the apology minimal, and the resolution was a partial refund that did not fully correct the issue. Additionally, I was charged nearly $3,000 for aftermarket add-ons that were never clearly disclosed, explained, or agreed to during the buying process. That alone is extremely concerning and upsetting. Overall, this experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly encourage others to carefully review all pricing and documentation before signing anything here. Or even avoid it all together. If you’re looking for a more transparent and customer-focused experience, I’ve had much better experiences with Tony Divino and Mark Miller Toyota in Northern Utah
