  I had a minor issue that arose a year after I purchased a car from these guys. Dan was amazing. And so is Colby. Ended up having to get the issue fixed with their CRM who is Candace Abbott. And she fixed it within 48 hours. If I lived in New York, I would drive all the way to Steven Lake Toyota to buy a Toyota

  I highly recommend working with Danny. We initiated communication about a vehicle remotely as I live 5.5 hours away but this dealership had the model I wanted. He was attentive without pressure. He was very helpful in providing me current photos and videos and answering all of our questions before our planned trip. I would definitely want to work with Danny again in the future.

  Great dealership. Purchased a new truck and a couple of days later went in to add some steps. They had me in and out of there in about 45 minutes without an appointment. They are busy but they take great care of their customers. It was a good experience purchasing my truck and look forward to having my truck serviced here. Highly recommend this dealership. Not my first rodeo with Stephen Wade. Purchased a Corvette and a 280 Z back in the early 80s and ordered a new Chevy P/U back in 89. Course back then it was at the old location and Chevrolet.

  Complete DISRESPECT. My husband went to look at a new toyota as we wanted to trade our Chevy in. Found one he liked, showed it to me, we agreed if we could get a decent price we'd like to purchase it. Went in with the "salesman", Wes, and we went back and forth several times, could not come to an agreement. We left the dealership, I had other errands and figured it wasn't going to work. A couple hours later, said "salesman" texts my husband and says they can make it work at the price we wanted to be at, come back down, we don't your wife, so she doesn't need to come. Long story short, my husband came home with a new pickup at a price way higher than agreed upon. I realize sales are what make your paycheck, but I would think you would a little moral character as well. We will never shop local again. Hope you enjoy you commission Wes. Might try reading the bible and become a man. GROSS

  Took my 2024Toyota Highlander in for service on February 25, 2026. Just easy maintenance, oil change and check-up. Asked for a tire rotation. They said it would take between an hour or an hour and a half, which was fine with us. Markies was the Toyota Maintenance person that was taking are of us. After the hour wait we decided to check on the progress.We couldn't see the Toyota in the work area and my husband walked outside to see if it was being parked somewhere. He walked towards the front of the shop and saw that the Toyota was parked in front. Had been there for some time. We found Markies and told him the Toyota was out in front and why didn't he contact us. He checked his computer and saw that indeed the Toyota was done, said they had changed the oil,rotated the tires and checked all fluids. When I went to sign the papers I noticed a remark that said that the tires had not been rotated. i questioned him on this and he said he had not seen that. I wonder if Markies is the right person to take care of Stephen Wade Toyota customers. If we hadn't went looking for the Toyota, I wonder how much longer he would have kept us waiting. saw that the Toyota was
