They also have all their customer service call centers over seas and they are almost impossible to understand and never understand you! Definitely should have went with a different company!!!

The equipment is prehistoric, they take advantage of you being legally bound to their service and have fees you cant take off your lease for things you never asked for. Ive been pay $5 a month for 2 years because they gave me a fabric sleeve that goes over the device. Thats over $100 for a $7 piece of cloth and they wont take the charge off even if you return it. Their customer service is run overseas and the people you talk to don't care at all
