The kicker is they hadn't even put it in my vehicle until I called them out on it. They actually added it afterwards. So basically they were going to charge me for something I never asked for or said it was OK to add. Ill tell you this I won't be back as they are not trust worthy!!!! They are crooks
- LHLyndon HansenDec 12, 20253.0I chose three for 2 reasons. 1- staff was great and doing their job. 2- I added a tire rotation and a little extra and my little Buick enclave came to over $130 for an oil change even with a $15 coupon. The only thing discussed up front was the tire rotation for $25 and a $15 cleaning I did. The oil change it self was north of $90 and was not discussed at all until the work was done. I used to go to the dealer and they would rotate and do the oil for significantly less.c which is odd for a dealer. 3- the little soda machines were a nice perk and appreciated, the value proposition was there. They were gone A little upfront clarity before in suckered into over $150 in charges before I find a discount online after asking the staff if they had any and they said to check the website . I knew about the 25 and 15 those were discussed upfront but the remainder and majority caught me significantly off guard.
