Mac will greet you with a warm attitude and helps me feel welcome! I also had Lui the manager help me find some coupons on the website!

The guys was super nice but they ended up wanting to charge me over $500 dollars just because some bolts where rusty. They took my car off the stand no problems and everything was fine but then when I got hoke my door handle broke from the inside so now I can't open my door withought rolling down my window. Im pretty sure its because of the guy who got in my truck to drive it into the shop.

When I arrived I was greeted right away was asked what service I needed I told them I needed an oil change and wanted full synthetic They then asked what brand of oil I wanted they said they carry Royal Purple Mobil 1 and Chevron. I opted fir the Chevron I has used Chevron oil for decades. They got right to getting it changed. When it was finished they came and got me I paid and was shown the oil level and all caps were tight. It wasn't until I looked at the receipt that they did not use Chevron oil they put duramax brand oil in. When I called them on it and was told that they were changing over to the duramax but I was not told this i was told I would be getting Chevron. They still charged the Chevron price for a lower tier oil. Will not be going back and had to go pay for another oil change to get a better quality of oil Stay away from grease monkey you don't know what you a getting.
