We were told that they do not refund for returning it early. We tried contacting management but have received no help. Very poor customer service from the airport location, the Budget manager for the St George area, or the SLC office. A few years ago, we had a problem with the other St George location, when we went to pick up the car we reserved (had the reservation paperwork in hand), they said they didn't have a car available. We didn't know both locations are managed by the same company. I certainly will not use them again.

This is an agency owned facility not corporate so that fine service is worth a ton. Thank you and I hope to be back soon. The young lady at the counter does a great job and the manager was great.

I ve been given the round around by several reps from various phone nbrs and still can t speak to someone to help me. I ve disputed the charge w my bank so hopefully they sort it out. I will NEVER use Budget car rentals again, it s been a nightmare. (Edit) I finally was able to speak w someone at the actual budget facility I rented from n Megan stated the location i dropped the car off entered my return date wrong n was charged 454 as a late fee. I stood in line at that very location once I returned the car to get a receipt n they couldnt give me a receipt AND they entered me as returning the car the following day. SOMETHING SEEMS LIKE A SCAM HERE but glad Megan was able to help me. Now we shall see if I get the difference in my bank in 5 days) Fingers crossed
