Car itself was okay but I'd recommend a different car rental service. Also, I returned the car with a full tank and zero damage and they charged me with a $69 fee. This place is a scam run away.

The representative Debbie was very kind and made sure I understood the contract and had a comfortable vehicle for the long trip. We were told that they do not refund for returning it early. We tried contacting management but have received no help. Very poor customer service from the airport location, the Budget manager for the St George area, or the SLC office. A few years ago, we had a problem with the other St George location, when we went to pick up the car we reserved (had the reservation paperwork in hand), they said they didn't have a car available. We didn't know both locations are managed by the same company. I certainly will not use them again.
