  Worst customer service! Maybe the rudest man I have ever dealt with. I rented a car from Budget at the St George Airport to go to California. When I got to Vegas I realized there was no license plate on the car and the temporary tag in the back window was expired. I called multiple times each time getting the most exhaustive phone tree I’ve ever experienced. I even tried the emergency roadside assistance number and was still on hold forever. I finally got someone to answer and she said I had to call direct to the place I rented from. I tried that number ALSO multiple times and got the same phone tree. After wasting almost 2 hours of my time, I went to budget in Vegas. They were very nice and helpful, quickly and easily exchanging the car. Assured me I could return it to St. George with no problems and no charge. When I returned the car, the guy at the counter in St. George was extremely rude. Telling me it’s ok to drive on an expired registration and telling me they are going to charge me $1000 for returning the wrong car. He went on to tell me it’s legal to drive on an expired registration for a month (it’s not, I looked it up). Rather than apologizing for my terrible experience that was THEIR fault, he continued to berate me for not just driving the car with the expired tags. Needless to say, I will never rent here again and will never recommend them.

  Greg was so helpful with booking our rental car. He was also great to chat with! Quick and easy process and our rental car was nice and clean.

  Schedule a late Pick up pick up customer service questionable The vehicle provided had light upholstery. The following morning in daylight we see stained and dirty backseats something we were not expecting. I placed a clean sheet over backseat I didn't want to place belongings on seats that weren't clean or have some one sit in those seats. When I return vehicle I reported condition of backseat being told I would get a discount on final bill there wasn't any. Also I booked on Priceline had a 5% offer that was not applied either. Overall experience for these issues very poor.
