She looked up my info and my battery was under warranty. She was extremely helpful and personable! With ease and grace she helped me switch my batteries!! I was at the store for less and 20 minutes and she saved the day!! I’m so grateful for all her help and I would highly recommend stopping by and asking for Tera! She knows her stuff! She’s also the store manager and I can tell she’s well respected by her employees!! I give Tera a 10/10!! Thank you!!
